Richard Dawkins is the host of a new documentary on English naturalist Charles Darwin. UK TV Channel 4 is featuring the documentary in a 3-part series, with the full show to be released later on DVD.

I viewed the first part last night, and the presentation is top-notch. This could turn out to be a good, basic introduction to Darwin and his extensive contributions to modern civilization for those with religious upbringings, who have little or no knowledge of him, and may not have the patience to read a book on the subject.
